Hello Dear Friends,
The thing I don't get about art is that is doesn't matter how ugly something is, if it's "presented" in the right way (at a hip gallery, for instance), it's something to behold...but if the same thing was sitting at, let's say, a Salvation Army, it would be regarded as an ugly chotchky. See these pieces of "art" for instance that were featured at SOFA. Is this a fancy-schmancy gallery or a damn county fair?!
